Richard Merrick
Richard is an experienced business executive and executive coach who specializes in working with clients to help them identify innovative approaches to resolving complex challenges and opportunities.
He has worked with a range of large clients, including BSkyB, Credit Suisse, Swiss Re, the NHS and Cisco, as well as numerous SME.
During this time, he has developed a particular focus on working with “vocational organizations” – (those where those working in them do so as much because of their commitment to what they do, as for the money they earn), and the particular leadership and motivation challenges they experience. He was part of the international team who wrote “Enabling Genius”, an investigation into extraordinary creativity, published by LID in 2016.
Richard Dorf
Richard Dorf is a technologist and experienced business leader with a track record of building business and long term business partnerships. Richard also is an experienced management consultant with expertise in organisational change. Experience includes senior commercial and technology roles in CMG and Logica and most recently as CEO of PXtech. Sectors include insurance, banking, retail, hospitality and charities.
Richard’s focus is on delivering technology with empathy focusing on how to ensure that the customers he works with achieve the commercial targets from the solutions and services that his company provide.

Chris is Head of PXtech's Charity Retail business, Chris
has ten years experience in technology services delivering high-level support and account management to his customers, including organisations as diverse as Oxfam and the Subway Sandwich chain.
Chris specialises in understanding the challenges and aspirations of different organisations, and combining technology solutions and operational practices to meet and overcome them.
Chris has expertise in staff development and enjoys providing mentoring and guidance, assisting his teams fulfil their potential.
