Steering Group

The steering group will be formed from a range of senior, enthusiastic leaders who want to use the diversity of the group and the creativity of the process to explore the potential that volunteers can add in a rapidly changing marketplace.

The Group will decide the subjects and the priorities that the task groups will work on, and act as both mentors and reviewers.

The aim is simple - to rethink what volunteering might do for charity retail, what charity retailing can do for volunteers identify how to action it, and enable their charities to act upon it.

Project Groups

The task groups will be formed from the staff and volunteers of the charities represented by the core group, and be supported by dedicated support staff from the volunteer engagement forum.
