About

The Volunteer Engagement Forum is a joint initiative between PXtech, a technology business, and Richard Merrick, an executive coach specializing in the use of design thinking to drive innovation.

The challenges retail businesses face on employee engagement are well known. These challenges are amplified when it comes to Charity Retail. Recruiting, leading and managing volunteers is an important, developable skill that will be vital as the pace of change continues to accelerate. It is in order to address the challenge, and provide a service to its clients, that the Volunteer Engagement Forum was formed.
